This Kawai K300 piano comes from the K-series of Kawai, and is the third model from the K-series. Which makes this one of the larger K-series pianos from Kawai.

 The new K-300 from Kawai is based on the worldwide award-winning K-3. But at Kawai they think:  'even what is good can still be improved'. The wooden construction was  5 grids expanded, the cast iron plate with 2 reinforcing screws extra strong  connected to the frame structure. And the result may be there! A piano with an even fuller and rounder sound, which is  solid soundboard is perfectly amplified. The Kawai K300 has extended keys and the unparalleled precision Millennium III action provides optimum control for the softest pianissimo and the strongest forte.
 
 HIGH QUALITY RESONANCE SOIL
 When choosing the best wood, Kawai's wood technology department uses all the senses...  namely seeing, smelling and feeling. Kawai makes the soundboard  made of solid spruce e ensures a very even flame, carefully selected, asymmetrically domed and scientifically tested. They do this because Kawai really sets very high demands on the resonance ratios and an optimal sound.
 
 THE WORLD'S MOST PRECISE PIANO MECHANICS
 Thanks in part to a combination of material strength, stability, precision and reliability, Kawai's "Ultra-Responsive Action" is at the top of the piano world. At Kawai pianos, the hammer heads are pressed from 100% first quality wool. in addition  Kawai was one of the first to make the mechanism beam and hammer frame from aluminum to make the mechanisms resistant to climate influences, such as the different seasons and temperature and humidity changes. In addition, many other precision parts of the mechanism on Kawai pianos are cast from ABS Styran. ABS Styran  has a high strength and  very little frictional resistance.
